Investigation has identified a potential cause related to how documents are created by the Document Transformation API, resulting in unexpected expiration behavior. Teams are working on a fix, and the existing workaround remains in place in the meantime. Next update in max 4 hours.

CTIM is investigating an issue with a Document Transformation API behavior for Build-A-Sign that has been removing documents before entering into production since early October 2025. Support teams are being engaged to investigate.
