Issue appears to be caused by missing functionality in a feature meaning there is no straightforward fix available for the on-call engineer. It is expected to persist until morning US time. The Support team will investigate this with the highest priority during US business hours.

Artwork Domain identified an issue with previews not being generated correctly. Scope and impact are unclear at the moment, but does not currently require paging any squads. Artwork Support teams have been engaged to review the problem during their business hours.
