Product Operations and Vista discovered that the issue does not appear to be service-related, it is most likely related to product configuration or incorrect expectations on the Vista side. Vista is going to check from their end during their business hours. Incident is contained.

Vista has now shared the list of some affected PRDs/SKUs. The Product Operations team is reviewing this list to investigate the root cause and determine whether the issue stems from configuration or prepress changes. Next update in 30 minutes.
