While Uploads errors seemed to improve, they didn’t fully resolve and have been creeping back up. Prepress and Artwork Tech are continuing to diagnose the issue.

Artwork Support has identified an increase in 5XX errors from Prepress Indesign Service which is affecting Uploads and Sherbert services. Support teams are already actively looking into the issue.
