Issue is contained at this time. There might continue to be some timeouts due to spiking requests to the InDesign service, but teams are continuing to monitor the situation.

While Uploads errors seemed to improve, they didn’t fully resolve and have been creeping back up. Prepress and Artwork Tech are continuing to diagnose the issue.

Artwork Support has identified an increase in 5XX errors from Prepress Indesign Service which is affecting Uploads and Sherbert services. Support teams are already actively looking into the issue.
