Incident Resolved: CTIM-1015
The cause of the issue was identified and fixed by 14:00 ET. When the new EDOs were added, there was a checkbox regarding delivery speeds that had become active when it shouldn’t, resulting in items that couldn’t show their own EDO results. The problem was corrected and confirmed by the fulfiller shortly afterward. Incident is contained.
