The problem was first noticed by Pixart and sent to Logistics Support. The CI docs were generated but not transferred to DHL as expected. These docs are required for Pixart QDA. There’s a concurrent issue where a recent pickup was closed but not manifested, causing problems with subsequent manifests. Snorlax is currently rolling back the changes deployed yesterday to try and contain the issue.

Commercial Invoices not being shared to DHL for Pixart shipments. The issue was already identified by Logistics and raised to Snorlax squad for assistance. Support/Dev teams are currently working the issue.
