UPDATE:

Currently reaching out to other Artwork teams who can help remediate the affected cimdocs. Will update again as soon as we have more details on that process.

Updated

UPDATE:

Artwork Generation Deployed a fix that will prevent new occurrences of this problem as of today (2024-11-08 6:40AM EST). This fix will not help with documents that have already been created, and these will need to be fixed manually. Teams have identified ~965 documents that need to be fixed, and are working on finding the most efficient way to fix them.

Investigating

New Incident: CTIM-922
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: Artwork Tech: Prepress for review.
Since Oct 22nd, orders are being rejected with the error: “errorReason”: “Failed to prepare assets: System.Aggregate.Exception: One or more errors occurred. —> Prepress.Exceptions.FileDownloadRejectException: Unable to download the file”

This issue appears to be with the input document, as the validating URL is found to be null. Although the Studio Team has deployed a fix, orders resubmitted from scratch are still failing.
