Ecommerce has deployed the hotfix in the production environment and Printdeal has confirmed that it’s working for them resolving the issue. Incident is contained.

Printdeal can see that the rules are configured in cockpit just like they are for every other product. Awaiting confirmation from them to contain this issue

Ecommerce deployed some changes 3 days ago and they are now investigating whether those changes might have caused the problem. If its the case then they will work on providing a fix asap

Titan found 2 possible solutions for the problem

  1. To configure rules on InventoryCheck and Split Shipment Allowedto be resolved based on other selections
  2. To update InventoryCheckandSplit Shipment Allowedto with only one value as they both of the attributes have two values
