UPDATE:

Artwork team reviewed the order and compared the original customer-uploaded file with the MRD file generated using MRD parameters. Both files were found to be identical and no issues were identified with the generated MRD file.
Additionally, no changes were observed in the Prepress parameters, however a SKU configuration update on March 6 was identified and may require further review. Team has been asked to review this area and compare correctly printed orders with the impacted ones. Multiple support teams are involved to determine the root cause. Next update in max 12 hours.

Investigating

New Incident: CTIM-2407
Plant: NatlPen-CZH
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: Paperless: D’Ninjas for review.
Production in CZH has reported that the MUZ products are using an incorrect template which is causing the barcodes to appear within the print area. This began last week and is only affecting a few orders (5 total) but will result in the product family from being disabled if it’s not resolved due to the inability to produce these items.
