Recurring Validation Failure: CimDoc Surface Width Does Not Match Product Surfac
Incident Resolved: CTIM-2387
The affected order has been successfully processed following a manual correction to the artwork dimensions. The design was created with an outdated surface size on February 25th, however the current configuration in Cockpit has the correct specifications. This incident is now contained. CTIM will provide a high-level postmortem in the coming days.
