SSRS reports are now working but 1 report is unable to fetch. DB team is looking into it. Next update in max 1 hour or less.

After restoring the viper DB from backup Viper started working but still SSRS is not working. DB informed that it will take time next update in max 1hour or less.

DBA team are working to restore the Viper database, the disk it was on filled, and when that happened it could not write to the transcation log and the database has gone into a suspect state due to that. Currently, teams are working to restoring it from backups, next update in 30mins or less.

BHI plant is not able to log in to Viper since the start of the morning shift; it is showing a database error. Also, SSRS reports are not accessible. The DB team is actively working on the issue and will provide an update in the next 30 minutes or less.
