Artwork teams have escalated an incident affecting processing of orders through the Review app and into manufacturing locations (currently known to be affecting WMD and Vista) . This is believed to have started around 9:50am UTC. While the SLA buffer has not been breached, teams are actively investigating what is causing these orders to become stuck. Next update in max 2 hours.
