BoxUp has reported ongoing issues with multiple cup products on the LogoCup website. Currently they are seeing problems with reorders being unable to process as well as shipping costs being calculated incorrectly which is affecting the ‘Waiting for Approval’ flow. The current impact in terms of affected orders is relatively low, though that is expected due to the lower traffic to the LogoCup website and might not be an accurate indicator of the severity of the problem. We’re sending this as ‘high’ priority at the moment as we gather more details.
