New Incident: CTIM-2324
Plant: VEN
Priority: Critical
Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Planning Engineers (FPE) for review.
The Venlo plant reported that ALT (labor tracking) data had not been updating in the pods database since Saturday. The missing data was also not visible in Snowflake analytics tables, preventing access to live productivity insights used on the shop floor. The lack of real-time productivity data affected operational monitoring and team efficiency management.
