Rozpoznanie

New Incident: CTIM-2299
Priority: High
Escalation sent to: PCD: Product Operations for review.
An elevated usage of fallback shipping speeds was detected in the checkout flow between 16:45 UTC and 16:52 UTC on 3 Feb, impacting approximately 4,000 shoppers. The issue affected delivery option evaluations within MCP but was short-lived and is no longer ongoing.
The behavior stabilized on its own, and no further customer impact has been observed. We request the team to investigate and identify the root cause during normal working hours.
