We’ve identified that the alerts are likely being triggered due to a change in logging within New Relic, rather than an actual order flow problem. We’ll monitor for 30 minutes before closing the incident.

MIS Support has reported that monitors are showing orders stopped flowing into the plants around 5pm ET. We’re currently reviewing the issue and checking with production to confirm.
