UPDATE:

The ‘status 500’ errors have stabilized in the past 30 minutes. Currently waiting on confirmation from production that they are able to ship as expected. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Logistics teams have identified 500 errors from various services, possibly due to some infrastructure problem. They are actively working the issue. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.

Logistics teams have identified failed replan requests when calling TMS Shipping (via planman service). Engaging additional Logistics teams to continue diagnosing the issue.
