UPDATE:

The initial issue with the Review app appears to have been caused by intermittent latency from a backend service that has since been corrected. The subsequent slowness is still under investigation, though no additional reports of problems have been sent in the last hour. We will continue to monitor the issue and provide another update in 2 hours or sooner.

We have some reports that users are able to access the app now though it remains very slow. Support teams continue to work the issue. Next update in max 2 hours.

First reported at 15:00 UTC, designers are facing intermittent issues with fetching orders for Review. This is slowing the process of reviewing artwork before it can process to Fulfiller locations. Please investigate during business hours so as SLA’s will not be missed.
