CARE agents are unable to retrieve order history data in both CareForce and the CARE Console due to a UI failure. The issue impacts the entire order history, blocking core agent workflows and preventing agents from assisting customers effectively. Team is currently working on reverting the changes. Next update in max 1 hour.
