Around 5:00–5:10 AM EST, shipping workflows began failing across all VSOs due to Webshell errors affecting multiple plants, including Windsor, Reno, and Venlo. The failures are characterized by repeated 504 Gateway Timeout errors from downstream services such as Inventory Broker and Ganger Item Type Translator, resulting in shipping being blocked for impacted ITNs. Issue was resolved after some time. Requesting Logistics Support team to investigate the root cause during business hours.
