The team deployed a fix around 12 PM UTC. We are currently awaiting confirmation from the plant to ensure the URL is working.

The Support team has made a quick change to the Scan App. A temporary URL will be provided for WND to use tonight for this single application. The change will be deployed to PROD for all applications during U.S. business hours. CTIM will follow up accordingly.

CTIM is currently investigating a high-priority incident affecting WND. The issue involves the Gang Aggregation Module in Webshell and Windsor, where offset errors are occurring while attempting to ship direct-ship items.
