UPDATE:

The Image Processing service has been successfully deployed to the EU region and all traffic is currently routed there. This should resolve issues related to Image Processing (website uploads). Teams are continuing to work on other pending tasks and updates will be shared as progress is made. Next update in max 1 hour.

The team is building a new version of the service that works with the existing license key. Deployment is pending completion of the build and passing of unit tests. Some unit tests are currently failing, so the timeline for deployment is dependent on resolving these issues. We will continue monitoring and share the next update as soon as the build passes and the service is ready for deployment or max in 1 hour.

Starting around 6:00 AM IST, the Prepress Image Processing Service is experiencing intermittent job failures caused by internal server errors. The failures are triggered by a license signature mismatch error. The issue appears to coincide with increased traffic levels, during which both image processing regions are reported as unhealthy. As a result, image processing jobs are failing sporadically.
