UPDATE:

BHI IT has added the support team to the Windows Administrators group for further assistance with the issue. Since the issue is related to local networking, we will share updates every hour.

The issue appears to be related a local network issue rather than the DB itself. Currently, Support team is assiting them to configure the system. Next update will be share in max 1hour.

Escalation sent to: Fulfillment: Infrastructure Dev Ops (UFI) for review.
Users in BHI are currently unable to access the Shipping console and Kanban apps for Viper/Webshell. Errors indicate a problem connecting to the DB server. This is possibly related to the DB upgrade performed earlier today. MIS Infrastructure teams are already online to review and diagnose the issue. Next update in 30 minutes.
