UPDATE:
MIS teams have recommend that the plant configure the predefined boxes for specific quantities to correct the issue. Next update will be once we’ve received confirmation from DPK that the changes have been made or within 24 hours.

MIS teams are still discussing possible config changes that would produce the expected results without affecting existing box setups. Next update will be by tomorrow morning ET business hours once we’ve confirmed the changes with DPK.

Viper is selecting smaller boxes that cannot accommodate the planned products for an OrderID at the DPK plant. The order is being split into multiple smaller boxes instead of merging into a larger box as expected. Initial feedback suggests this may be related to In-cell Binning behavior. Requesting team to investigate further during business hours.
