MIS teams are still discussing possible config changes that would produce the expected results without affecting existing box setups. Next update will be by tomorrow morning ET business hours once we’ve confirmed the changes with DPK.

The order is being split into multiple smaller boxes instead of merging into a larger box as expected. Initial feedback suggests this may be related to In-cell Binning behavior. Requesting team to investigate further during business hours.
