Teams were able to remediate the majority of orders via the new manifest with only 5 orders remaining. Teams are working on some configuration changes to resolve the issue. We will need to follow up with VEN during business hours for the remaining orders. Next update on Monday, December 22 during ET business hours.

The issue appears to have been caused by a new carrier account config. The shipment was voided and a new manifest has been generated. Until the configuration is corrected, manifests using this account will continue to fail. Next update in 30 minutes.
