Priority: High
Escalation sent to: CTIM for review.
A data integrity issue is affecting the expected carrier pickup date for Amazon Shipping US Ground shipments. In some cases, reporting datasets show pickup dates significantly later than the actual scheduled pickup dates seen in operational systems. This discrepancy has resulted in inaccurate on-time delivery metrics and reporting for impacted facilities. Investigation is ongoing to identify the root cause and ensure data consistency across systems. CTIM has been requested to help bring parties together to further drive the issue to resolution.
