Users across multiple teams are facing intermittent latency, slowness, and access issues in the FR tool and WMD Review tools (WMD Prepress & WMD DIFY). In some cases, the tools are not loading, and in others, file downloads are very slow even for small files. The issue is impacting multiple users across different locations, and production is delayed. Basic troubleshooting steps have already been performed multiple times, but the issue keeps reoccurring
