Windsor are facing issue with opening and closing pallet boxes
Incident Resolved: CTIM-2067
The WND team has confirmed that the production-reported packages are now dropping into the appropriate bins. Hence, we are moving the case status to Contained.

UPDATE:
The WND team informed us that they are waiting for Production to process some packages through the RSU (sorter), as they recently restarted the WindsorShiprSorterAdapterTcp app. Production has confirmed that they were able to successfully open and close a couple of pallets. The next update will be provided in one hour.
