The team informed us that this is a routing issue, which means nothing can be fixed at the product configuration level — it is working as expected. A CCM fix is currently being tested. The next update will be provided after we hear back from the test.

The Vista team has again encountered a similar issue, with 60 orders and 128 items stuck in Venlo. We are awaiting a response from the Vista Logistics team for an update on this issue. The next update will be provided within a maximum of 2 hours.

Vista team have increased the carrier not preferred cost from € 100.00 to € 250.00 this should better avoid shipping other products to the US.
