Production confirms that all orders are now shipping as expected. We will keep the issue open for another 30min before containment.

Production reports there are successful shipments now but still some errors when creating the packing slip for certain orders. This is likely due to those being ‘in progress’ but should improve. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide another update in 30 minutes.

The service should now be functional after a temporary fix was implemented, pending confirmation from production.

Support teams are still working on the recovery of the affected services (ZPL Conv and Packaging Location). They have made progress by increasing the resources for the containers but are still having some issues that are still being diagnosed. Next update in 30 minutes or sooner.
