UPDATE:
The other region is now up and healthy as well. The order failure count has decreased from 2,827 to 1,287. We will consider the issue contained once the count reaches zero.
UPDATE:
Team has applied a fix in one of the two regions for the Artwork Review Coordinator service. The region where the fix was applied is handling requests as expected. Team is still monitoring the other region and waiting for it to return to a healthy state. Next update when we get more information or max in 1 hour.

The document review step is failing due to an infrastructure issue, affecting around 800 orders, primarily from Vista and VCS. The appropriate team is aware and investigating the issue with priority. The next update will be provided in max 1 hour.
