Design team has confirmed these orders are accounted for but orders appeared late in the Review App due to an outage. These orders are delayed but accounted for and should move out of Design Review in the next few hours.

A total of 196 orders are still pending in the review backlog. The support team, working in the EST timezone, will need to investigate and clear these. Next update will be provided during EST business hours.

The items in the Printdeal queue appear to be related to expected designer review steps and do not indicate any issues at this time. CT teams will continue to monitor the queue. CTIM will provide the next update during IST business hours on Wednesday.

Requesting investigation into whether Printdeal orders are flowing without issue. Queue appears to never have recovered after incident yesterday and today the number in queue have grown.
