The orders have been remediated from the CT side and the remaining re-injections will be handled from the customer’s end. At this point, the incident is contained.

Some orders remain stuck in the process following the AWS outage. This appears to be a continuation of a previous incident. Requesting the team to prioritize resolving the stuck orders.
