Production in National Pen (MEX) reports that 3 machines are currently printing intermittently. The press prompts the user to press start after each processed unit.

We have advised them that there’s no logic within Paperless that controls the machine process at that level. Previous occurrences of this issue indicated a communication issue between the Piranha and ProLase software which would need to be diagnosed and corrected by local IT teams.
