Team has deployed a fix that they believe will resolve the issue. Customer to report any new incidents if they occur. No further updates if incident remains stable.

The team has found the issue is likely related to a problem in date formatting when the manifest is generated between midnight and 1am. They are currently working on a fix. We will send another update once the patch is released/deployed.

Since there’s a current workaround in-place and not affecting all shipments, this issue will be considered ‘high’ priority. We will follow up with the dev team and provide another update by EOD.

Updating location as the reports came from WND. Logistics dev squad is currently reviewing the issue. Next update in 30 minutes.

Fulfiller reports that some manifests are showing ‘NAN’ (Not a number) in the date field which is causing problems with customs. Engaging Logistics dev team for assistance.
