We suspect that the manifest UI is showing a failed upload but the data is actually being passed correctly to the carrier. We’ve received no additional reports of problems from production.

Previous update was for an unrelated incident. This issue regarding the carrier document that is failing to upload is ongoing. Logistics teams are currently working on a fix.
