The team has fixed the issue. Customer confirmed they are able to log in to the Manifest UI. We are awaiting confirmation on whether they can ship before containing the incident

Adding Vista as affected Organization. Relevant team is still investigating the issue with high priority. Next update when we hear any new information from them or max in 30 minutes.

Reverse Logistics is not working. Access Management is down, returning 500 errors, and preventing NP users from accessing the UI. The relevant team is actively investigating the issue with priority. Next update in max 30 minutes.
