Commerce team has now recreated the tables without the duplicated orders, excluding specific items across multiple orders which has resolved the immediate issue and restored recent data availability. Incident is contained.

Creating a channel to track Vista incident: The Cart has submitted several different orders re-using existing item IDs. This is also reflected in Snowflake, which caused data validation rules to trigger, and for Vistaprint to halt complete pipelines.
