Tradeprint has manually mitigated these orders and the incident is contained. CT continues work to resolve the underlying configuration issues that caused the initial problem. Incident contained. Updates will continue in channel as they come about.

Between August 12 and 13, Tradeprint encountered an issue causing orders to get stuck in the Artwork flow for reasons yet to be determined. While the situation appeared to resolve itself on the 14th, around 43 orders are still stuck without a clear resolution. The responsible team is actively working on this and waiting for order list. next update will be provided when more details are available or within 1 hour.
