Team has identified that the missing product data in Snowflake for this case was due to a manual deletion not being synced. They will re-trigger the event to update Snowflake and have event monitoring in place to handle such failures in the future. Next update will be shared when re-trigger is completed and the Snowflake data update is confirmed.

Product Catalog teams have identified two separate causes for the missing data. Since the impact is not critical, the investigation will continue during business hours (IST).

Multiple products in Snowflake are showing missing or incorrect NPI data for Vista. Preliminary findings indicate this may be related to a past migration or script execution. The data was intact up to a certain product version but appears to have been lost afterward. Please investigate during business hours and share an update within 24 hours.
