UPDATE:

The investigation revealed to a recent network change by the networking team that caused the issue by blocking printer requests. The networking team confirmed they had made a firewall rule change that was blocking these requests. Once the firewall rule was adjusted, stations began printing labels again without needing QZ Tray installed. Issue will be considered contained once all shipping labels are generated.

Various teams are being engaged to investigate further, including Viper support and the former teams, as the root cause is still unclear. Next update when we have new findings or max in 1 hour.

Support team reviewed the sessions and everything appears fine on their end. Since the shipments are being created successfully and the call to the label printing service is sent, shipping seems to be functioning properly. Currently the plant is hard down. Requesting Viper support team to investigate this further. Next update in max 30 minutes.

Restarted the VistaPrint label printer service in Viper and awaiting results from a local plant IT to confirm resolution before escalating to Viper support. Next update when we hear back from them or max in 30 minutes
