Incident Resolved: CTIM-1662
Boxup has downsized the customer’s PNGs and replaced them in the artwork. After doing this, they were able to generate a preview. They then retried the order with the updated artwork, and it was assigned to a machine without further issues. Hence, we are moving the case status to ‘Contained’.

We are currently waiting for the Boxup team to log in, so they can submit a new order. The next update will be provided after we hear back from the Boxup team.

BoxUp order 1068147 has been rejected by MCP due to an error during PDF inspection. It was escalated to CTIM since no resolution has been found since it was first raised as a non-urgent issue on 7/23. It appears to be hung up in Prepress. We’re not currently paging the team but requesting assistance prior to the BoxUp production shift tomorrow morning (ET).
