The team has identified the cause and is working on it. The issue appears to be resolved for now, but we will keep the incident open until a permanent fix is implemented.

CTIM is currently working on a high-priority issue affecting all business units using IDP. The Shipping Calculator service is returning a high volume of 403 errors. Routing is down, and Delivery Date calculations are severely impacted.
