The fix has been deployed and the previous cache has been cleared. The team confirmed that they are now able to create orders with the correct tax applied. Hence, we are moving the case status to “Contained.

Code changes are now being deployed which should resolve the issue. The impact seems to have been limited to customer orders that were directly modified in Cockpit and not affecting all website orders. Next update in one hour or sooner once the fix is in prod.

Issue raised by Tradeprint where certain customer orders do not have tax applied. The issue appears to be specific to certain customer profiles, though it’s currently growing in scope.
