Root cause has been identified and containment measures are being put into place for future orders. Incident is contained at this point.

The problem appears to be caused by manual adjustments made during the review process. Teams are currently discussing ways to prevent this from occurring in the future, but the immediate issue should be limited impact (only items that have specifically been modified during review).

Vista identified an issue with Albelli Calendar orders where the final page output is incorrect, causing issues with the required elements on that page. The problem is already being reviewed by CT Artwork teams.
