After retrying the stuck jobs, the queue count is now decreasing. We will keep this incident open until it’s back to a normal level.

Actual impact will need to be determined by the Order Management team, as items stuck in progress could result in missed cutoff times and manufacturing delays.
The traffic has already been rerouted which should help resolve the issue soon. Next update in 30 minutes or less.

Artwork Domain identified a rapid increase in the one of their queues with 2k+ items. They’ve already engaged the support/dev teams and have been working to mitigate the issue. The impact to orders should be minor but we’re raising the issue for documentation and tracking.
