The changes appear to have fixed the problem in testing for the affected products. The incident is now contained, though we have asked the fulfiller to let us know if the problem persists once the items are printed.

The changes have been made to the affected products’ prepress settings to fix the issue. We will wait for confirmation from BoxUp before containing the incident.

BoxUp production has reported that the shipper masks are incorrectly aligned for the Pratt PRD and do not match up with the BoxUp PRD, preventing the gluing process.

We are not paging teams at this point but this will need to be resolved before the next shift on Monday AM ET. The incident will be passed to the CTIM on-call shift for follow up prior to that time.
