Testing re-injected orders has been successful. Support teams are proceeding with resubmitting all the affected items at this point (130 total). We will wait to contain the incident once we can confirm the orders have been processed and sent to production.

Prepress teams noticed a spike in failed orders during the drawing request step. They identified a problematic flow and have since disabled it to prevent new orders from failing. Affected orders were for Pixart and have already been identified. Support teams are working to remediate those items and correct the flow before it is re-enabled.
